Our verdict

The Moscow Plus is the best-specced of the three bikes we compare it against here on paper: the largest battery (768 Wh), the longest claimed range (120 km) and the lightest overall weight (27 kg) — an unusual combination, since capacity and weight normally trade off against each other. As always, treat the 120 km claim as a ceiling rather than an expectation; real range depends heavily on rider weight, terrain and assist level.

It's marketed and sold as an electric mountain bike, but it runs a 250W hub motor rather than a mid-drive unit, which matters if steep, technical single-track climbing is the primary use case — hub motors generally deliver less usable torque on grades than a mid-drive paired with the bike's own gearing. For mixed on-road/light-trail riding, which covers most Australian buyers, that distinction matters less.

The clearest practical advantage over the other two bikes in this comparison is availability: Leon Cycle Australia sells it directly with a verifiable local product page, in-stock status and Australian warranty support, rather than relying on grey-market imports or discontinued stock. At $1899 it sits in the middle of the three prices compared here, not the cheapest option, but the local distribution is worth the premium if buyer protection matters to you.
